Is Poppy free?

Yes. Logging periods, flow, pain, moods and symptoms, predictions, reminders, the guides, the first-period kit, themes, the PIN lock and backups are all free. Poppy Plus is optional: it removes ads and adds My Insights charts and a doctor-visit PDF report.

How do I cancel Poppy Plus?

Open Me › Manage subscription in Poppy, or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Tap Poppy Plus, then Cancel Subscription. If you cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends, you will not be charged.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Plus but it is not showing

Open Me › Restore purchase while signed in with the same Apple account that made the purchase.

Why is my prediction a range, not one day?

Periods in the first years are often irregular, and that is normal. Poppy shows the days your next period is likely to start. The range gets narrower as you log more periods.

My period hasn't started yet. Can I still use Poppy?

Yes. Choose "Not yet" when setting up. Poppy shows a first-period kit and guides. When it starts, tap My first period started.

How do I fix or delete a logged period?

Open Calendar, tap the day, and change the entry. To remove a whole period, tap any of its days and choose Remove this whole period. Predictions never create entries by themselves.

Moving to a new phone

Your diary is stored only on your phone. Before switching, open Me › Save a backup file and keep it in Files or iCloud Drive. On the new phone, install Poppy and open Me › Restore from a backup.

I forgot my PIN

For your privacy, the PIN cannot be reset by us. If Face ID is available, tap Use Face ID on the lock screen, then set a new PIN in Me. Otherwise you can delete and reinstall Poppy, but your logs will be lost unless you saved a backup file earlier.

Notifications say "period". Can they be hidden?

Turn on Me › Secret wording. Reminders will not use the word "period".

Is my data private?

There is no account. What you log stays on your phone and is never sent to us or to advertisers. Read the privacy policy.

Medical note

Poppy is not a medical device and cannot diagnose anything or prevent pregnancy. If you have very heavy bleeding, pain that stops you from doing daily things, or no period by age 15, talk to a parent, school nurse or doctor.
